Our expertise covers virtually all facets of electrical contracting for the upstream oil and gas industries, including specialty expertise in new well sites and production facility electrification.\nJob Summary\nWe are seeking a highly experienced licensed Field Superintendent to lead and oversee electrical construction and maintenance activities across oilfield facilities in the Permian basin. This role is responsible for supervising field crews, ensuring code compliance, enforcing safety standards, coordinating with operations, and delivering projects on time and on budget in a fast-paced oil & gas environment.\nThe ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep oilfield electrical experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple crews across active sites.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nSupervise and manage electrical field crews on oil & gas projects including well pads, compressor stations, SWDs, production facilities, and related infrastructure\nEnsure all electrical work complies with NEC, NFPA, local/state codes, and company standards\nPlan, schedule, and coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials across multiple active sites\nServe as the primary field contact with operations, project managers, inspectors, and clients\nEnforce all safety policies, conduct job safety analyses (JSAs), toolbox talks, field audits, and GPS compliance\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and instrumentation issues\nReview drawings, schematics, and scope of work to ensure accurate execution\nTrack daily progress, time, and production; submit field reports\nMentor electricians and foremen; maintain high standards of craftsmanship\nEnsure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to specification\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nActive Journeyman or Master Electrician License (TX or NM preferred)\nStrong knowledge of oilfield electrical systems (480V/600V, MCCs, VFDs, generators, PLC interfaces, grounding, hazardous locations)\nExtensive experience in Class I Division I & II environments\nProven leadership and crew management skills\nStrong understanding of jobsite safety and regulatory compliance\nAbility to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics\nWillingness to work extended hours and rotational schedules as needed\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in the Permian basin specifically\nOSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, H2S (or ability to obtain)\nStrong computer skills (daily reporting, scheduling, email, tablets)\nBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus\nWork Environment\nOutside job.\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nAs a leading provider of mechanicaland electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure,we offer employess a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and sucess.
