In this role you would be responsible for managing all aspects of the work assigned to include Fire Alarm, Air Sampling equipment, BDA, auxiliary system connections as well as subcontractor management.\n#northstar #shambaugh #LI-DF #LI-onsite\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nResponsible for managing all aspects of the work assigned to them to include but not limited to Fire Alarm, Air Sampling equipment, BDA, auxiliary system connections as well as subcontractor management.\nResponsible for all communication regarding the project status with both customer base as well as the internal communications.\nDevelop and execute strategies to meet the required schedule work in progress meetings and milestones.\nAssist with design, bill of materials, and scheduling.\nWork with field Superintendents and other Project Managers for project needs and progress.\nOrder materials and equipment needed for projects.\nAssist in estimating, change orders, and project durations as requested.\nFulfill client documentation requirements.\nOther duties as required.\nQualifications\nNICETII preferred.\n8-10 years’ minimum experience in large scale and hi-tech fire alarm projects preferred.\nDesign and layout experience preferred.\nEstimating and job costing experience preferred.\nExperience with VESDA and BDA systems preferred.\nExperience in working with General Contractors.\nExperience in building teams and assessing technician ability.\nOSHA 30 required.\nExperience in high paced, large construction projects.\nRegular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required \nEqual Opportunity Employer\nAs a leading provider of mechanicaland electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure,we offer employess a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and sucess.
