In this role you will be responsible for managing the group, estimating, site visits, and marketing while utilizing experienced sales strategies.\n#dalfire #shambaugh #LI-TS #LI-Onsite\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nBuild and manage the division.\nEstablish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers of Fire Protection contracts by scheduling sales calls, following up on leads and utilizing outlined marketing strategies. \nDetermine customer needs and develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of company offerings.\nClose sufficient sales to exceed sales plan objectives. \nFamiliar with reading blueprints, understanding current NFPA 13, 14, 20, and 72 standards and local codes. \nDevelop a positive ongoing relationship with existing and new customers, general contractors and end users. \nEstimate small projects including fixed price service as required in addition to pricing new Fire Alarm work as needed\nAssist with onboarding Alarm Technicians and Required Stock\nPrice Fire Sprinkler Tenant Improvement work as needed \nAbility to build new business associations / relationships and grow the Fire Protection Business. \nOther duties as required\nQualifications\nExperience in a Fire Protection industry. \nSelf-motivated with a strong desire to succeed. \nProven ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. \nTechnical knowledge of fire alarm, VESDA, clean agent, and control systems\nExceptional presentation, verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to multi-task and organize work. \nProficient in Microsoft.\nRegular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nAs a leading provider of mechanicaland electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure,we offer employess a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and sucess.
