In this position, you will be responsible for designing layouts using AutoCAD/HydraCAD and creating hydraulic calculations.\n#shambaugh #LI-TS #LI-onsite\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nParticipate in a comprehensive training program designed to develop industry knowledge and technical expertise.\nComplete the company Design Academy within the first six months of employment, receiving extensive instruction in fire protection design principles and industry best practices.\nDesign and develop fire sprinkler system layouts using AutoCAD, HydraCAD, and Revit software.\nAssist with project management activities, including coordination with contractors, engineers, and other trade partners.\nApply mathematical and engineering concepts to perform hydraulic calculations and analyze project costs.\nBuild and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure project success and client satisfaction.\nCreate and maintain Building Information Modeling (BIM) designs and conduct field surveys to support project execution.\nGenerate fabrication material lists and coordinate system requirements with multiple trades.\nOther duties assigned\nQualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in a technical or business discipline preferred or equivalent experience.
