Danforth Company, you will support the company's Power of Our People strategy through the coordination of critical HR processes, including talent acquisition support, employee onboarding, and other important HR initiatives. In this role, you'll help shape the employee experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our HR function.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nCoordinate and support the talent acquisition process, including candidate scheduling, interview coordination, and pre-employment activities.\nSupport the Talent Acquisition Business Partner by screening applicants and identifying qualified candidates based on job requirements and organizational needs.\nEffectively utilize the Applicant Tracking System for organization and tracking recruitment activities.\nAssist in scheduling new hire onboarding and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a positive transition experience.\nParticipate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.\nMaintain HR calendars, coordinate meetings, and provide administrative support to the HR team.\nAlign conduct with HR leadership goals and objectives while exercising sound judgment.\nFoster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.\nEnsure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.\nPerform other related duties and special projects as assigned.\nQualifications\n1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Administration, or a related role.\nAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\nExperience supporting recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding preferred.\nKnowledge of HR principles and best practices.\nExperience with HRIS and ATS platforms preferred; ADP Workforce Now and iCIMS experience is a plus.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.\nAbility to respond to requests with urgency and ownership.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nAs a leading provider of mechanicaland electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure,we offer employess a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and sucess.
