Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations \nTo perform this job successfully an individual should have knowledge of General Computer usage, CMMS Data Software; MS Office Software with a strong emphasis on Excel and Power Point, Lotus Notes.\nCertificates, Licenses, Registrations Technical degree in JVAC or a minimum of two years hand on experience in the HVAC trade industry.\nValid Driver’s License \nKnowledge of HVAC codes and regulations is preferred.\nAbility to successfully complete the required company training.\nMust be able to work varying shifts, weekend and holidays as needed. \nMust be able to respond to emergencies when needed.\nMust be able to use a variety of hand and power tools and be able to off of ladders, staging, and power platforms.\nPhysical Demands\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
