EMCOR companies plan, install, operate, maintain, and protect the sophisticated and dynamic systems that create facility environments-such as electrical, mechanical, lighting, air conditioning, heating, security, fire protection, and power generation systems-in virtually every sector of the economy and for a diverse range of businesses, organizations, and government.\nJob Summary\nThe Management Coordinator position provides administrative support to the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, including coordinating calls and meetings with investors, general meeting and event planning, preparing and editing written materials, conducting basic research and assisting with other ad hoc items as needed.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nMore specifically, the Management Coordinator is responsible for the following:\nProvide strong comprehensive coordination and administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer.\nCoordinate virtual and in-person meetings with investors. Field and triage inquiries from the investor community.\nServe as a general liaison with internal/external stakeholders, managing communication and correspondence efficiently and professionally.\nCoordinate general internal and external events (both in-person and virtual), including budgeting, room set-up, preparation of meeting materials, and agenda preparation.\nDesign, prepare, and/or edit written and digital materials for both internal and external audiences using PowerPoint, Excel and Word.\nConduct basic research, compile data as needed, and use digital and AI-enabled tools to support drafting, summarization, and administrative efficiency while exercising sound judgment, accuracy, and confidentiality.\nHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.\nPerform basic bookkeeping tasks such as expense reports, invoicing, and budgeting and expense-tracking.\nPerform general administrative duties, such as preparing correspondence, proofreading documents, copying, filing, ordering of supplies.\nMay support various special projects, particularly involving budgets and preparations for Board and senior management meetings.\nAssist other departments and executives with special assignments as needed.\nQualifications\nManagement Coordinator qualifications and experience required include:\nAssociates degree or equivalent experience required.\nMinimum five years’ administrative experience in a corporate environment strongly preferred, experience with a Fortune 500 company preferred.\nAbility to effectively and professionally communicate and interact with personnel at all levels within the company and outside of it.\nAble to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.\nStrong time management, organizational, oral, and written communication skills.\nProactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.\nStrong analytical skills, with excellent problem-solving ability.\nAdvanced PC skills, including Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Visio), Docusign, and the ability to learn and use new business systems, collaboration platforms, and workflow or automation tools.\nProficiency using AI-assisted productivity tools, including M365 Copilot, to support meeting preparation, note organization, document drafting, summarization, and information retrieval, with the ability to validate outputs, protect confidential information, and apply appropriate judgment in a\ncorporate environment.\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nAs a leading provider of mechanicaland electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure,we offer employess a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and sucess.
