Danforth Company, you will play a critical role in the successful execution of mechanical construction projects from start to finish. This role focuses on three core areas: project planning and execution, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination; team and stakeholder collaboration, working closely with field teams, subcontractors, and customers; and financial and performance management, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nDevelop, manage, and monitor project budgets and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.\nEnsure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.\nPlan and allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives.\nTrack project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; proactively identify and mitigate risks and delays.\nMaintain consistent and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.\nLead, mentor, and support project team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.\nCoordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other project partners as needed.\nOversee overall project execution to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.\nParticipate in continuous improvement efforts and support company initiatives.\nQualifications\nMinimum of 3+ years of project management experience, strong focus in mechanical construction preferred.\nBachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.\nWorking knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and construction best practices.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).\nExperience with construction/project management software preferred.\nStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nAbility to analyze project data and solve problems effectively.\nSelf-starter with a strong desire for continuous learning and professional development.\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nAs a leading provider of mechanicaland electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure,we offer employess a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and sucess.
