Danforth Company, you will have a strategic impact on our community by guiding the end-to-end execution of high-impact projects. You will lead and develop Project Managers, oversee project financials, and ensure alignment between business objectives and project outcomes. Serving as a key leader, you will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage resources at scale, and ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nAccurately execute contracted work in a profitable manner; meeting or exceeding anticipated gross margins.\nConfirm detailed measurement, forecast and reporting of project financials.\nLead and implement company safety program creating a “best in class” safety culture.\nManage respective Project Management group to maximize profitability through operational excellence.\nExceed operational required results for Project Management along with continual improvement procedures.\nInterface with VDC department and shops to ensure proper implementation of fabrication and lean construction methods to maximize margins, quality, and safety.\nOversee project procurement to ensure cost savings and timely deliveries of major subcontracts, major equipment, and long lead items.\nEnsure proper staffing capacity within budgeted overhead.\nWork with Regional and Executive Leadership to ensure proper staffing in relation to contractual obligations and budgeted overhead.\nQualifications\nProven experience managing individual projects exceeding $5MM and portfolios greater than $15MM.\nBachelor of Science in a related discipline strongly preferred.\nDemonstrated ability to partner effectively with labor unions and continuously enhance management relations and operational efficiencies.\nHigh degree of integrity, with enthusiasm and willingness to represent the company in professional, charitable, and community organizations.\nStrong work ethic with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively across all levels in a results-driven, team-oriented environment.\nBenefits\nWe are committed to providing employees a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with health savings and flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability, a 401(k) Savings Plan, and an employee assistance program.\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nAs a leading provider of mechanicaland electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure,we offer employess a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and sucess.
