This role will also assist and back up Project Managers for larger HVAC retrofit construction projects.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain project schedules\nCreate and manage design submittals, RFI’s and change orders\nWork with the Quality Control manager to create, review and edit required quality control documents\nManage designers, subcontractors and vendors to ensure required design & installation information (is provided correctly and on-time.\nReview subcontractor & engineering performance and provide feedback to the Project Manager.\nCoordinates purchase of necessary supplies, equipment and services from appropriate sources and maintains proper inventory control, maintenance and consumable supplies.\nAuthority to review and approve design submittals to ensure compliance.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in engineering, construction management or business management.\n3+ years working experience in HVAC or building controls.\nMust have knowledge of submitting written proposals, scopes of work, scheduling and coordinating site contractors and other assigned personnel; a thorough understanding of preventive maintenance schedules and operations and the ability to meet demanding customer requirements.\nMust have strong verbal and listening communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette as well as professional friendly demeanor.\nProven ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of work with extreme accuracy and adjust to changing priorities.\nThe ability to anticipate needs and solve job related problems independently and act with appropriate urgency.\nAdvanced MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills\nMust possess valid driver’s license and meet MVR requirements to operate company vehicle.\n#Mesa #LI-Mesa #LI-HVACjobs #LI-Onsite\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nAs a leading provider of mechanicaland electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure,we offer employess a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and sucess.
