LLC, Eagle Electrical Services, Romanoff Electric Co., LLC, Kastle Technologies, LLC, Kastle Electric Company, and Sidney Electric.\nSUMMARY\nChapel seeks a Project Manager who will be responsible for providing oversight to Project Engineer(s), Assistant Project Manager(s), as well as coordinating the scheduling efforts of the project approach with the Project Supervisor(s). This position will be responsible for ensuring project field teams are working within company standard operating procedures and clearly understand project scopes, tasks, and schedules. They will also work to ensure that all resources of the project are managed and coordinated in an efficient and professional manner, in order to perform work within budget and ahead of schedule. This is an in-person position and does not qualify for hybrid or remote.\n#quebe\n#LI-Onsite\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nDrive the overall flow of projects effectively from inception to completion.\nOversees project organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.\nSupports field personnel with subcontractor relations and helps resolve field problems.\nMaintains full financial responsibility for projects and must understand construction financial and accounting practices.\nEnsure all project document control is completed efficiently by the project team, including but not limited to insurance, bonding, permits, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and correspondence.\nConfer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve work procedures, complaints, or construction problems.\nPrepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, cost tracking reports.\nInspect or review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, environmental regulations, or other regulations.\nSelect subcontractors and equipment suppliers with input from engineering, estimating, and purchasing.\nVerify correct drawings are distributed to field personnel.\nCreate schedule of values or billing format as required by contract documents.\nCreate project schedule showing completion, delivery dates, and subcontractor requirements, and integrate into overall project and manpower schedule as required.\nUnderstand notice requirements.\nWrite purchase orders for major equipment and subcontractors, indicate shipping requirements, anticipate delivery dates, and request proper delivery notice.\nHost and attend all necessary meetings with both internal and external entities to review scheduling and delivery, work plans, job progress, manpower, and solutions to setbacks.\nSupport accounting department in monthly billings and collections and follow up on outstanding balances.\nCollaborate with foreman regarding project safety, toolbox talks, and weekly walk-throughs.\nObtain as-builts from field and request CAD from engineering.\nEscalate critical and/or sensitive issues to the Division Manager/Project Executive with recommendation for resolution.\nComply with company operating policies, procedures, and safety programs.\nQualifications\nQUALIFICATIONS\nRequired:\nHigh School diploma or GED\nMinimum 3-5 years related experience in electrical construction or similar industry.\nWorking knowledge of:\nThe construction industry and contract documentation.\nFederal, state, and city regulations and guidelines.\nMust demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, (i.e. Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel)\nFamiliarity with Accubid, AutoCAD, Revit, and other electrical, technical, or construction programs a plus.\nFamiliarity with project management/document control software.\nFamiliarity with construction/financial software packages.\nREQUIRED ATTRIBUTES\nThe requirements listed below are representative of characteristics and demonstrated capabilities sought to perform this job successfully.\nMust demonstrate integrity, honesty, professionalism and commitment to company values.\nMust have excellent organizational, communication, strategic, technical, analytical, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills.\nMust have high standards of quality with attention to detail.\nMust possess ability to manage and supervise personnel.\nMust build positive working relationships with multiple levels of employees, management, suppliers, and customers.\nPhysical Demands\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
