In this role you will be responsible for the planning, execution, financial performance, and successful completion of service projects. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.\n#shambaugh #LI-TS #LI-onsite\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nManage projects from contract award through closeout. \nDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. \nOversee job costs, billing, change orders, and financial performance. \nCoordinate field labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors. \nBuild and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication. \nReview contracts, project specifications, and customer requirements. \nIdentify and mitigate project risks while resolving operational challenges. \nEnsure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer expectations. \nLead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. \nMentor and support Assistant Project Managers and project support staff. \nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered. \n5+ years of project management experience in construction, fire protection, service operations, or a related industry. \nStrong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and job costs. \nExcellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. \nProficient in Microsoft Office and project management software. \nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. \nRegular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nAs a leading provider of mechanicaland electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure,we offer employess a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and sucess.
