Our construction experience includes a broad range of commercial and government projects, including data centers, hospitals, sports stadiums, convention centers, hotels, and research laboratories.\nSUMMARY\nThe Project Manager assists the company in meeting its objectives and goals by overseeing and directing assigned commercial construction projects taking appropriate actions to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and with defined resources. The Project Manager will ensure a safe working environment for all employees.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nInclude the following:\nProvide day-to-day leadership and management in the execution of the assigned project in a manner with the mission and core values of the company.\n\nIndependently oversees all aspects of the assigned project through completion.\n\nIndependently oversees, directs and leads risk mitigation for matters arising out of project performance.\n\nResponsible for driving the project to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow in alignment with business goals and objectives. Professional\n\nProvides timely, accurate and complete reports to the Executive Officers on the operating condition of the project.\n\nCommunicates and collaborates with the PreConstruction, Scheduling, Purchasing, Prefabrication, Drafting and Executive team members in the performance of the project to achieve deliverables for the project within or ahead of schedule.\n\nAct as a \"client-care officer\" through direct contact with every client and partner in connection with the assigned project.\n\nPartner with Project Estimators to ensure a complete scope of work is defined.\n\nMonitor project budgets and labor costs.\n\nPrepare and present computer-generated spreadsheets and reports.\n\nMaintain regular communication and collaboration with project superintendents by spending time on assigned job sites.\n\nReport and resolve employee concerns and/or grievances as needed.\n\nEnsure job site employees maintain a safe work environment by conducting safety audits.\n\nConduct Toolbox Talks and other company training on assigned job sites as needed.\n\nAttend and conduct meetings as required.\n\nComply with all company operating policies, procedures, and safety programs as established\n\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES\nLead, direct and manage project personnel.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nTo perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each of the aforementioned essential duties satisfactorily.
