You’ll develop through hands-on experience, peer collaboration, and ongoing technical training.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nManage the Quality and Commissioning Scopes of multiple sites.\nResponsible for streamlining the QA/CX Process to all associated sites.\nEvaluate lessons learned from all sites to help enhance success.\nEngineer and track sites using a live schedule.\nKeep open communication between all projects.\nUnderstand and communicate the client’s needs/requirements to the quality and production teams.\nDevise ways to improve processes to ensure higher-quality installation.\nReview specifications and procedures for installation processes and train staff to use them.\nSet the requirements for installations and monitor compliance.\nSupervise inspectors, technicians, and other staff members and provide guidance.\nEnsure site obligations are followed and ensure compliance with guidelines\nCollect, compile, and analyze relevant quality statistical data to obtain information regarding quality performance.\nOversee production procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.\nDirect weekly and monthly meetings with their team members.\nSupervise electricians, inspectors, and other company staff to ensure they perform their duties per established quality procedures.\nKeep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.\nGain client feedback, attend meetings, submit reports, and assist external auditors and inspectors.\nPrepare and present reports to update upper management on quality activities.\nQualifications\nREQUIRED\n6-8 years of experience with a High School Diploma, 4-6 years of experience with an associate degree, 0-2 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree\nStrong organizational skills.\nBasic typing and computer skills.\nAbility to establish effective relationships with customers, GCs, owners, and office personnel.\nAbility to proactively get tasks completed within a timely manner.\nKnowledge of Electrical single-line diagrams.\nAbility to utilize the National Electrical Code to solve problems\nAbility to work calmly under deadlines and external pressure.\nExcellent troubleshooting skills.\nStrong communication skills.\nStrong computer skills- Specifically in Microsoft Applications\nApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.
