The Recruiter supports workforce needs through full cycle recruiting across multiple business units. This role focuses primarily on staff and management hiring while also contributing to early career recruiting initiatives and talent pipeline development. The Recruiter partners closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire high-quality talent aligned with business needs and company values.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nSupport the full recruitment lifecycle for staff and management positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.\nManage the internship program to attract, develop, and convert early career talent into future full time hires.\nSupport a high volume requisition load (20+ active openings) across multiple states and business units. \nPartner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and candidate profiles to ensure alignment on hiring expectations. \nSource candidates through iCIMS-integrated job boards, direct outreach, networking, and hiring events. \nBuild and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. \nRepresent the company at job fairs and recruiting events to attract qualified candidates. \nProvide guidance to hiring managers on market conditions, talent availability, and competitive compensation trends. \nEnsure a highly responsive and efficient recruiting process, maintaining timely communication with candidates and hiring managers. \nManage requisition workflow, approvals, and status updates within the applicant tracking system (iCIMS). \nEnsure compliance with EEO, FLSA, OFCCP, and Affirmative Action requirements. \nDevelop relationships with colleges, trade schools, and workforce development programs to support long term recruiting efforts. \nEvaluate candidates not only for skills, but for alignment with company values and culture. \nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nMinimum of three (3) years of recruiting experience, preferably in industrial construction, manufacturing, or a related environment. \nExperience recruiting for staff and management roles required; exposure to craft recruiting strongly preferred. \nProven ability to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment. \nStrong understanding of employment laws and regulations including EEO, FLSA, OFCCP, and Affirmative Action. \nAbility to build strong relationships with hiring managers and gain a deep understanding of workforce needs. \nSolid judgment in evaluating both technical qualifications and cultural/value alignment of candidates. \nStrong sourcing and networking skills. \nHighly responsive with strong organizational and time management abilities. \nExperience with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred).\nExperience with LinkedIn Recruiter preferred. \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills. \nProficiency in Microsoft Office.\nWork Environment\nOffice-based role. \n Up to 50% travel during peak career fair season. \nEqual Opportunity Employer\nAs a leading provider of mechanicaland electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure,we offer employess a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and sucess.
