We provide comprehensive facility services ranging from mechanical maintenance and self-performed, site-based operations to energy-efficiency upgrades and supplier-managed interior/exterior maintenance.\nJob Summary\nThe Regional Coordinator will support the Regional Manager and the Facility Managers, overseeing a dedicated region of the Kimberly-Clark account portfolio. The Regional Coordinator will be an excellent communicator and have exceptional follow-up capabilities, to support the day-to-day facility operations and maintenance, and to ensure performance against client expectations. This position is responsible for coordination within the assigned region, including, but not limited to: managing work order completion; providing client follow-up; and performing against assigned targets. The ideal candidate will efficiently coordinate with EFS technicians and subcontractors, and work with client colleagues within the region.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nServe as the main point of contact for client escalations and ensure timely resolution to requestsManage any and all work orders, including emergency service requests, from inception through to completion, in CMMS platform\nEnsure both in-house and 3rd party technicians supporting the account are achieving assigned performance targets\nSupport, as needed:\n- Subcontractor dispatch\n- Subcontractor scheduling\n- Service escalations\n- Payment-related inquiries\nSupport Regional Manager and support staff in ensuring routine services meet contractual requirements including but not limited to repair & maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, and janitorial service\nCoordinate with Procurement Specialist for parts and equipment needed to perform services\nWith support of the Regional Manager, review and approve all work which exceeds predefined thresholds\nCommunicate/escalate with appropriate parties (RM, FMs, local client, service providers, etc.) as needed\nReview and develop necessary corrective action plans related to Customer Satisfaction reports completed by client. Ensure appropriate resolution to problems identified during facility inspections.\nCultivate and maintain a positive working relationship with client representatives (EFS or K-C) and service providers\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications\nEducation (HS Diploma, Under/Graduate Degree, etc.)\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nBusiness Experience (prior years’ work/related experience)\n3-5 years administrative experience, previous experience in an industrial environment desirable\nLicenses/Certifications\nValid driver’s license\nComputer Skills\nExtensive experience using Microsoft Office, including proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.), Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with CMMS platforms.\nLanguage Skills\nEnglish\nWritten and Oral Communication Skills\nAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.\nAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
