Higgins Corp. seeks Senior Project Manager. The Senior Project Manager - Mechanical is responsible for oversight of mechanical construction projects from start to start to finish, on time and on budget.\nCompensation Range: $145,000 - $165,000\nThis position is bonus eligible.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nInclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.\nManage budgets, schedules, and forecasts. \nLead teams, including administrative assistants, project engineers, assistant project managers, field staff, and subcontractors as necessary to ensure operational and financial performance.\nPrepare for and participate in monthly project reviews with CEO, President, CFO, VP HVAC, Controller, to evaluate job performance, assess risks and develop action plans. \nBe the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and subcontractors. \nPractice and promote EMCOR and J.C. Higgin’s Code of Ethics, “Leading with Character” in conducting business - both internally and externally. \nQualifications\nTo perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
