Additionally, our expertise covers close tolerance and precision alignment, as well as fabrication, concrete construction, and industrial HVAC solutions.\nJob Summary\nJob Title: Warehouse Coordinator\nDepartment: Operations\nFLSA Status: Non-Exempt\nEssential Functions/Duties:Ensures warehouses are clean, organized, and adheres to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.\nCreate/interpret inventory reports and reconcile inventory discrepancies using Excel and/or Warehouse management software.\nDoes clerical duties related to shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing and delivering a variety of materials, equipment and supplies.\nPerform physical inventories, investigate and record discrepancies.\nMaintain records for items entering and leaving the warehouse.\nWeighs or counts items for distribution to ensure conformance to company standards\nCompletes paperwork or forms required for documentation to receive materials and verify materials against invoices to ensure the accuracy of the delivery.\nEnter and maintain inventory records.\nProcess requisition forms to determine items to be moved, gathered, or delivered.\nConveys materials and items from receiving areas to storage or other designated areas.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequirements:High school diploma or GED.\nExcellent computer skills.\nThe ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain an organized workflow.\nMaintain a DOT Health Card [Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC)] and meet all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's (FMCSA) physical and mental standards to safely operate a commercial vehicle.\nExperience operating larger delivery trucks that are classified as CMVs but do not require a Commercial Driver's License (CDL), such as vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) under 26,001 pounds.\nExperience operating forklifts and other moving equipment.\nStrong communication skills are needed to collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and logistics\nStrong planning and multitasking skills.\nOutstanding organizational skills, flexibility and professionalism\nWorking Conditions/Physical Effort:\nConditions may include working in shop, busy traffic areas, warehouses, and undeveloped properties, with frequent exposure to dirt, dust, grease, oil, vibrations, and adverse weather conditions. Must be able to safely access all areas of property, including rooftops and other elevated positions as well as, confined spaces. Must be able to effectively use all required PPE equipment and lift up to fifty pounds. Strenuous physical demands are required to safely perform the essential functions associated with this position. Must be able to safely operate all involved equipment and tools.
