The position will cover assigned key accounts within the North-West of the UK, predominately in Manchester & Liverpool, across all industry segments.\nIn this role, you will build strong relationships with customers, identify high-impact opportunities and deliver sustainable business growth. You will act as the primary point of contact for a range of stakeholders both inside and outside the laboratory, such as Lab Managers & Technicians, Research Scientists, QC Analysts, Procurement, Logistics and Sustainability Teams.\nUsing your scientific knowledge and consultative selling skills, you will provide customer-oriented solutions, helping customers achieve their goals whilst supporting end-users every step of the way. You will coordinate support across field and office-based specialist teams and use available tools & resources to track activity, share account knowledge, manage account plans & build pipelines.
