Joining our Healthcare team is becoming part of a diverse, inclusive and flexible working culture, presenting great opportunities for personal development and career advancement across the globe.\nAbout this role:\nProcess approximately 900-1,000 Healthcare contracts for stamp duty submission through the designated IRB stamp duty portal.\nTransfer and input the required contract information from the prepared Excel master file into the STAMP portal.\nSubmit each contract individually through the portal in accordance with the applicable submission procedures.\nReview the entered information to ensure accuracy and completeness before submitting each contract.\nAssist the team in ensuring that all contract submissions are completed within the required timeline by the end of December 2026.\nPerform other administrative tasks related to the stamp duty submission project as required.\nWho you are:\nCurrently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree or diploma program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with data entry and administrative tasks.\nDetail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain a high level of accuracy when processing large volumes of data.\nAble to perform repetitive tasks efficiently and consistently.\nWilling to learn and follow established procedures and submission guidelines.\nAble to commit to a three-month internship period.\nHaving passport\nWhat we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
