That`s why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimageable with us.\nResponsibilities:\nSupports Product Managers with Product Life Cycle Management activities as per the business requirements.\nReview product setup completeness, Master data completeness and correctness.\nSupport master data management including data review, data cleansing, data enrichment and data consistency checks.\nReview PIM data compilation and data cleansing. Trouble shoot Web PDP data.\nHandle Change control, Material extension and ticketing systems to support Product Life cycle activities.\nSupport Product Managers with Portfolio initiatives like Back-order clearance, Global extension and Lost source trouble shooting.\nProject Management Support - supporting the PMO (creating dashboards, collecting all needed data, setting up meetings, sending reminder, etc).\nMeeting the SLA and TAT as per the agreed guidelines with the Stakeholders.\nAccountable for meeting and maintaining defined standards for quality and productivity.\nEnsure that internal customer's requirements are met on timely basis.\nDemonstrate good process knowledge within the process on all the activities.\nSupport the team with Efficiency gains through various Process improvement projects.\nAssist Specialist and Team with ISO and other additional activities.\nThis position has no supervisory responsibility nor require any Business Travel.\nTechnical Skills / Competencies:\nScientific Knowledge - In Depth Proficiency and functional command expected over Life science subject.\nUnderstanding of roles and responsibilities of Business Operations.\nIn depth Proficiency with internet and e-mail.\nVery Good skills in Office 365 tools (Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint) and ability to set up complex database queries.\nGood skills in Data analytics tools (Power BI, Palantir) and ability to analyze business reports.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nGood oral and written communication skills.\nGood organizational skills.\nProficient in Problem solving, Planning & execution.\nGood understanding of management of interfaces and process understanding is required.\nHigh ability for self-management.\nAbility to bring up self-driven solutions.\nGood proficiency in Customer Orientation, Business acumen and Leading change.\nWhat we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
