External applicants must be eligible to work in the US.\nYour Role\nImaging is at the heart of modern clinical development - and in this pivotal role, you will shape how it is executed across a global portfolio of Phase I-IV studies.\nAs the Imaging Operations Lead, you will own the end-to-end operational strategy for clinical trial imaging, driving quality, innovation, and performance across a complex, cross-functional environment. You will serve as the primary point of escalation for study teams, lead vendor governance, and translate imaging data insights into actionable improvements at both program and portfolio level.\nThis is a high-impact opportunity to influence the direction of clinical operations on a global scale, working at the intersection of science, technology, and strategic execution.\nWho You Are\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree within the medical or life sciences space, or equivalent qualification.\nA minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical research within a contract research organization or pharmaceutical/biotechnology environment.\nDemonstrated expertise in clinical trial imaging operations, including study planning, vendor oversight, and execution across multiple therapeutic areas.\nThorough knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements.\nExperience managing external imaging service providers, including governance, quality metrics, and corrective action plans.\nPreferred Qualifications\nProject management certification such as CPM or PMP.\nExperience in oncology and immuno-oncology clinical trials.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and drive quality and process improvements across a global portfolio.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across scientific, operational, and leadership levels in a matrixed, multinational environment.\nFamiliarity with AI tools and their practical applications in clinical operations, including an understanding of ethical considerations such as bias, fairness, and data governance.\nAbility to balance competing priorities and make risk-based decisions in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.\nLocation: Billerica, MA, USA (Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite)\nTravel:\nPay range for this position: $122,200.00 - $202,900.00\nThe offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
