That's why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimaginable with us.\nYour Role:\nThe Associate Inhouse Consultant role is a 24-month leadership development program (LDP) for recent MBA/Masters/PhD Graduates. You will participate in a mix of strategic management consulting projects and functional rotations in the Healthcare, Life Science, and Electronics industries.\nYear 1: Build core competencies with on-the-job training through a wide variety of regional and global projects with consultants and senior business leaders across our global businesses.\nYear 2: Immerse in the businesses through 3-4 functional rotations of your choice (e.g., marketing, operations, business development) across our business sectors: Healthcare, Life Science, and Electronics. You will have the opportunity to do one of the rotations internationally.\nFollowing successful completion, leverage the network you’ve developed to transition to a business sector and function to continue your development as a future leader within the organization.\nAssociates will also participate in targeted professional trainings to continuously improve their technical expertise, business acumen, and soft skills.\nApplicants should be prepared for behavioral and consulting case interviews.\nProgram Start Date: Summer to Fall 2027\nWho You Are:\nMinimum Qualifications: \nMaster’s Degree or Ph. D. in Business (Business Administration, Finance, etc.), Life Science (Biology, Chemistry, etc.), or Engineering (Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc.) with graduation date of 2024 through Summer 2027\nPreferred Qualifications:\nDemonstrated interest in business/industry through coursework, professional experience, extracurriculars, or internships\nPractical experience applying Data & AI to solve business challenges, combined with a passion for further developing skills in this area\nStrong analytical skills, excitement for complex and ambiguous work, curiosity for our diverse business sectors and a broad range of topics\nProactive and self-motivated mindset\nOutstanding communication and collaboration skills\nIntermediate proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nBilingual skills\nPrior management consulting experience\nRSREMD\nPay Range for this position - $72,100 to $126,800/year\nThe offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
