That`s why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimageable with us.\nYour Role\nIdentification, planning, and setup of a Preparation Lab under cGMP guidelines, including cleanroom infrastructure.\nReviewing manufacturing processes to ensure that they comply with standard procedures and cGMP practices.\nReagent preparation & handling.\nPrepare chemical and biological reagents according to standardized protocols, SOPs, and batch records.\nWork in the preparation lab to maintain readiness for production needs.\nEnsure correct concentrations, pH adjustments, and dilutions as per specifications.\nKnowledge of accurate weighing, dilution, buffer preparation, molarity & normality calculations, and dilutions.\nOperate and maintain laboratory equipment (balances, pH meters, extraction hoods).\nEnsure aseptic handling and preparation of biological reagents in accordance with GMP and EHS guidelines.\nChemical safety: Handling corrosives, flammables, oxidizers, and toxic reagents.\nDemonstrate safe, competent operation of lab and production equipment by complying with established procedures.\nSupport validation activities as required, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols.\nMaintain accurate records of production activities, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance logs.\nEnsure proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials in accordance with environmental regulations.\nWho You Are\n3-6 years of strong knowledge of organic and inorganic chemistry and reagent preparation techniques.\nFamiliarity with GMP, ISO 9001, and laboratory safety practices.\nBasic understanding of lyophilization techniques.\nBasic knowledge about data integrity.\nMaintain current knowledge of regulatory and industry standards and advancements through independent reading and training.\nWhat we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
