That's why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimaginable with us.\nYour Role:\nThe Controlling Analyst plays a critical role in delivering high-quality financial reporting, business analysis, and controlling services that support strategic decision-making across the organization.\nThe role involves close collaboration with global stakeholders to provide accurate, timely, and reliable financial information while driving continuous process improvements and standardization initiatives.\nAs a trusted Finance Business Partner and Service Expert, the Controlling Analyst is responsible for preparing regular reporting packages, supporting forecasting and budgeting activities, performing financial analysis, ensuring data quality and integrity, and identifying opportunities for process automation and operational excellence.\nThe analyst is expected to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute to finance transformation initiatives.\nThe role reports directly to the Team Leader and collaborates with local, regional, and global stakeholders on various financial reporting, controlling, process improvement, and project-related activities.\nWho You Are:\nBachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.\nCertified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.\nCIMA and/or CMA certifications are advantageous but not required.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in Finance Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Controllership, or Business Controlling functions in a multinational, local, or shared services environment.\nAt least 2 years of experience in business controlling, including:\nFinancial analysis\nManagement reporting\nBudgeting\nForecasting\nPerformance management\nExperience in Shared Services, Global Business Services, or Centers of Excellence is preferred.\nExperience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry is an advantage.\nTechnical Competencies\nStrong knowledge of Finance, Accounting, and Business Controlling principles.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, and financial modeling.\nStrong PowerPoint presentation and storytelling skills.\nExperience with SAP and other ERP systems.\nWorking knowledge of:\nTM1 / IBM Planning Analytics\nBusiness Intelligence platforms\nBusiness Objects\nPower BI or equivalent reporting tools\nExperience managing and analyzing large datasets.\nFamiliarity with automation technologies and Robotics Process Automation (RPA) tools is an advantage.\nKnowledge of project management and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.\nCore Competencies\nAnalytical Thinking\nAbility to identify trends, risks, variances, and opportunities through financial and operational data analysis.\nStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.\nStakeholder Management\nConfident in communicating with stakeholders at all organizational levels.\nAbility to influence decisions through data-driven insights and recommendations.\nCollaboration\nTeam-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.\nAble to work effectively across multiple functions, cultures, and geographies.\nAttention to Detail\nHigh degree of accuracy and commitment to data quality.\nStrong focus on delivering reliable and error-free outputs.\nAdaptability\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.\nOpen to change and able to manage ambiguity effectively.\nContinuous Improvement Mindset\nProactively identifies opportunities for process enhancement and automation.\nChampions standardization, harmonization, and operational excellence initiatives.\nWork Arrangement\nAmenable to work onsite or hybrid in BGC, Taguig City.\nFlexible to support morning, mid-shift, or night-shift schedules based on business requirements.\nMay interact with regional and global stakeholders across multiple time zones.\nWhat we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
