The candidate should have foundational knowledge of AWS services, hands-on development skills in Python, and exposure to Azure DevOps practices. The role involves supporting cloud platform operations, automation, deployment activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nSupport day-to-day cloud platform operations and maintenance activities.\nWork with AWS platform services and assist in provisioning, configuration, and troubleshooting.\nDevelop and maintain automation scripts using Python.\nSupport CI/CD implementation and deployment activities using Azure DevOps.\nMonitor cloud resources and assist with operational improvements.\nCollaborate with platform, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve technical issues.\nParticipate in incident, change, and service request management processes.\nContribute to documentation and process standardization.\nSupport infrastructure automation and cloud governance activities.\nYour Role :\nBasic knowledge of AWS services, including:\nEC2\nVPC\nIAM\nS3\nCloudWatch\nRoute 53\nLoad Balancer concepts\nBasic networking and security concepts\nIntermediate-level Python development skills or practical experience in scripting and automation.\nWorking knowledge of Azure DevOps:\nPipelines\nRepositories\nCI/CD concepts\nUnderstanding of Linux operating systems and basic shell scripting.\nFamiliarity with Git version control.\nBasic understanding of Infrastructure as Code concepts (CloudFormation/Terraform exposure is an advantage).\nPreferred Qualifications\nExposure to cloud platform support or DevOps environments.\nUnderstanding of monitoring and logging concepts.\nKnowledge of automation and operational best practices.\nAWS certifications is a plus.\nSoft Skills\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nGood communication and collaboration skills.\nWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.\nOwnership mindset and ability to work independently on assigned tasks.\nWhat we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
