Your deep knowledge of in vitro diagnostics (IVD) and the clinical pathology landscape will be central to shaping how customers adopt and benefit from our diagnostic solutions.\nYou will design and execute territory business plans, develop targeted campaigns and promotions, and deliver technical training to distributor partners and end customers. By leveraging your expertise in technical sales and partner management, you will ensure sustainable, long-term account growth.\nLocation: This is a Field Based role that can be located in Europe.\nTravel: You will be expected to travel up to 50%\nWho You Are:\nBachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a Business discipline, OR an Associate's degree combined with a Clinical Laboratory Certification\n5 or more years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or a customer-facing role within healthcare diagnostics, OR 5 or more years of experience working within healthcare diagnostics or IVD regulated diagnostic products\nDemonstrated experience developing and delivering technical presentations to diverse audiences\nExperience in immunohistochemistry or a strong working knowledge of the clinical pathology market\nProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a territory-based role\nExperience managing distributor relationships and navigating complex, multi-level account structures\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a global, matrixed organization, inspiring teamwork to achieve shared goals\nProficiency with sales tools and technology, including CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and sales analysis software\nStrong organizational, communication, time management, and interpersonal skills with a detail-oriented approach\nSound judgment and problem-solving ability in handling distribution, product, and customer
