External applicants must be eligible to work in the US.\nYour role:\nThe Associate Production Scientist - Night Shift at the 3300 South Second Ave/ Cherokee site, will manufacture products according to established protocols, provide technical support to others and perform operations supporting the group and department. Job duties include:\n Shift Details: This role will support 24/7 manufacturing operations and work 12-hour shifts from 6:00pm - 6:30am including a 20% shift differential\nEvaluate products according to established protocols, provide technical support to others, and perform operations in support of the group and department. \nSafely perform operations to meet quality expectations.\nAssist with Buffer formulation Schedule and communication with ADC\nMaintain required training to perform tasks/assignments.\nPerform routine processes and unit operations. \nClean equipment and working areas during and after operations.\nSupport facility functions (e.g., maintain equipment, prepare reagents, restock supplies, waste disposal).\nCommunicate the status of operations and convey concerns to the supervisor.\nProvide complete and accurate records consistent with quality guidelines.\nEnsure all applicable logbooks are completed as required by current procedures.\nInteract with other departments as needed and perform procedures independently and as part of a team.\nParticipate as needed in quality audits and customer interactions.\nImprove processes by applying scientific knowledge, experience, and principles, in compliance with change control.\nTake action to resolve unsafe conditions.\nTrain team members and act as technical consultants.\nPhysical Attributes:\nLift up to 35 lb \nPersonal protective equipment such as a respirator or chemical protective clothing for extended periods. \nWho you are:\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or other science disciplines\nOR\nAssociate Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or other science discipline\n2+ years of production, GMP experience (pharmaceutical GMP operations environment, Quality, knowledge of Good Documentation Practices).\nPreferred Qualifications:\nFamiliar with laboratory instruments and production equipment\nKnowledge of process techniques, unit operations, and safe chemical handling methods.\nExperience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.).\nMechanical and troubleshooting skills.\nKnowledge of ICH Regulatory and Quality standards.\nKnowledge of Operational Excellence.\nRSREMD\nPay Range for this position: $24.00 - $41.00.\nThe offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
