Execute corrective actions to maintain adherence to KPIs.\nOversees AP Month-end activities and ensures accurate and timely submission of reports and other requirements.\nManage and communicate individual associate performance and areas for improvements. Do regular coaching and mentoring to ensure associate growth and development. \nExecute training or arrange training requirements as deemed necessary. Review and update training plan and training materials for new hire to ensure coverage of whole process and country specific requirements.\nManage behavioral issues of Team and recommends appropriate corrective action.\nAble to drive process improvements and projects to align with the Organization’s objectives.\nProvide operational visibility to management and key stakeholder thru periodic operational performance review. \nStrong collaboration with other internal or external Teams to address operational issues and challenges.\nDrive SOP, Policy and Work Instruction completion and regular updates for compliance.\nExecute other tasks and projects that may be assigned.\nWho you are:\nBachelor Degree Holder\nWith extensive background and experience in the Accounts Payable end to end process, Accounting concepts and reports analysis, GRIR/Vendor Account and other AP reconciliation.\nCapable in providing high-quality reporting and advanced analytics to enable data driven decision making\nKeen on financial data and information thru analysis and able to identify accounting irregularities.\nDemonstrates strong expertise and knowledge working with SAP, Oracle, Ariba or other ERP systems\nGood communication (oral and written) and Interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve the organization’s objective\nDemonstrates strong leadership and behavioral skills --such as coaching, interview, strategic decision making, negotiation skills, etc.\nProven experience effectively working with direct reports on career development and making a positive impact on team morale, sense of belonging and participation\nAble to provide appropriate technical and inquiry support to internal customers or end users\nExperience working in a Shared Services Center or BPO environment is highly preferred.\nYears of Experience\nAt least 5 years in Accounts Payable end to end operations (Invoice Processing, Payments, Issue Resolution and Reporting and Reconciliation) \nMinimum 4 years of supervisory/Team Lead
