Tu rol:
Serás responsable de la gestión integral de cuentas clave de fertilidad, impulsando el crecimiento del negocio y el cumplimiento de los objetivos de venta. Tus principales responsabilidades incluyen:
- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales para cuentas clave de fertilidad.
- Fortalecer las relaciones con ginecólogos, biólogos de la reproducción, clínicas y centros especializados.Identificar oportunidades para incrementar prescripciones, compras y participación de mercado.
- Gestionar negociaciones y planes de negocio con clientes estratégicos.
- Dar seguimiento a indicadores de desempeño, cuotas de venta y planes de acción territoriales.
- Coordinar actividades con distribuidores y actores clave del sector público.
- Analizar tendencias de mercado, entorno competitivo y necesidades de los clientes para generar propuestas de valor.
- Implementar iniciativas de micromarketing y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
Tu perfil:
- Licenciatura concluida.
- Experiencia en promoción, ventas y manejo de cuentas clave dentro de la industria farmacéutica.
- Experiencia en negociación y relacionamiento con médicos especialistas y tomadores de decisión.
- Conocimiento en análisis de mercado y seguimiento de indicadores comerciales.
- Manejo intermedio de Excel y herramientas de Office.
- Inglés intermedio (B1).
- Disponibilidad para viajar dentro del territorio asignado.
