The successful candidate will be responsible for providing learning administration support to the designated country or business adhering to the established KPIs and SLAs. Key responsibilities include overseeing tasks such as class management, payments management, reporting, inquiry management and stakeholder management.\nYour Role:\nDeliver learning administration services as per agreed KPIs and SLAs.\nFollow established work instructions to ensure consistency and compliance with organizational policies.\nProvide comprehensive administrative support for learning and development including pre/post sessions activities, vendor coordination and payments management.\nInitiate purchase requisitions for training-related expenses, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.\nFacilitate cross-charging of participants’ training costs to appropriate cost centers.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and support their learning administration needs.\nRespond promptly to inquiries and ensure accurate resolution via ServiceNow.\nActively work to achieve agreed and identified performance objectives in alignment with the Employee Services Leadership Team. \nSeek opportunities for continuous improvement and provide constructive feedback. \nWork with the Leadership Team to meet agreed training and development goals. \nAssess if customer requirements are being met effectively. \nDemonstrate flexibility and adaptability to varying shift or work schedule requirements and operation hours in-order to fulfill real time business requirements. \nUnderstanding and compliance of confidentiality requirements to perform HR activities due to the sensitive nature of the work. \nEnsure that all HR personnel data and sensitive information are kept confidential. \nStrategic Impact:\nAccountable on class and e-learnings management, vendor payment, reporting and inquiry management through tools and systems usage in relation to requests from the business sectors and HR organization.\nUnderstanding confidentiality requirements to perform HR activities due to the sensitive nature of the work such as personnel data and sensitive information. \nContributes to organizational success by building effective partnerships, aligning stakeholders on priorities, and coordinating resources to minimize delays, enhance accountability, and achieve targeted business outcomes.\nSeeks opportunities for continuous improvement and drive for efficiency. \nWho You Are:\nBachelor’s degree in human resource management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or any equivalent degree. \nPreferably at least 2 years of experience specializing in an HR Operations or HR Generalist function from a Shared Services or BPO organization.\nUnderstanding and experience in the use of HR systems and tools (i.e. Employee Central, MyLearning, Success Factors, etc.). \nUnderstanding and experience in the use of Case Management systems and tools (i.e. Service Now). \nAdequate experience in using MS Office applications.\nDemonstrates strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables and results.\nAble to work well with others in a team environment and can work effectively with stakeholders.\nDemonstrates a strong commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs and expectations.\nContribute to our culture of continuous learning and development by identifying areas for improvement.\nExcellent critical and analytical skills with ability to solve complex problems.\nStrong attention to details and accuracy in data.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to present information in a clear and concise
