External applicants must be eligible to work in the US.\nYour Role:\nIn this role, you will be the shift lead to oversee safety, run projects, monitor processes, lead operators and monitor the building.\nWho You Are:\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelors Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any other Life Science or Engineering discipline. \n3+ years’ experience in the chemical industry.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with process scale-up and optimization.\n2+ years’ experience leading a team.\nKnowledge of ISO Quality standards and 6S.\nKnowledge of analytical techniques and equipment such as, GC, NMR, IR.\nStrong communication skills, oral and written. \nExcellent problem-solving and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively.\nPay Range for this position: $82,900/yr - $153,800/yr\nThe offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
