External applicants must be eligible to work in the US.\nYour Role:\nUnder general supervision, the mechanic independently overhauls, troubleshoots and repairs machinery, equipment and the facility at large as well as installing new equipment. The Mechanic shall be required to perform work in one or more of the following manufacturing areas: component preparation, compounding, filling, capping, packaging, and machine shop. In this role you will work with the area Production Supervisor to determine work and repair priorities that may impact their operation.\n3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday 11pm - 7:30am.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nPerforms Preventive maintenance on equipment and plant systems. \nPerforms setup and installation of equipment and training for production employees on machine operation. \nDiagnoses malfunctions of production equipment and utility systems and makes necessary repairs. \nCompletes work orders, special projects, and other duties as assigned. \nAs a part of the employee’s job requirements, the employee may be required to handle waste including hazardous waste.\nPhysical Attributes:\nLift and/or move up to 50 pounds. \nUse ladders regularly.\nWho You Are:\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or GED. \n5+ years of work experience in electrical, pipe fitting, machinist, or other trade. \nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience interpreting drawings and schematics. \nStrong verbal and written communication skills. \nMust be proficient in maintaining documentation.\nGMP pharma experience.\nStrong mechanical and electrical skills; repairing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting. \nBoiler and/or steam experience. \nDocumentation and CMMS experience. \nPay Range for this position: $70,600 - $111,000 / year\nThe offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
