That`s why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimageable with us.\nWho you are:\nBrand strategy and portfolio management : Key responsibilities\n To lead the EGM division’s marketing function by developing and executing\nstrategies that delivers sustainable business growth, market share, expansion,\nbrand leadership and profitability across the assigned portfolio.\n Responsible for translating business strategy into an effective brand strategy,\ndriving scientific differentiation, developing innovative customer engagement\nmodel, strengthening field force effectiveness and building a high performance,\nhigh performing marketing organization.\n Develop and implement annual Operating Plan for a division and oversee for the\nbrand portfolio for EGM\n Identify growth opportunities across existing brands, analyse market conditions\nand forecast sales and market share.\n Optimize the product portfolio by prioritizing high growth, high potential and\nstrategically important markets.\nYour role:\n Align division goals to organizational goals as measured by broad plans.\n Therapy focus develop network with key thought leaders.\n Develop life cycle management. Strategies for established brands. And the new\nlaunches. And the product facing competitive or pricing pressure?\n Continually incorporate customer feedback and macro view of the market through\nformal sources of feedback like research (Structured / MR driven etc.)\n Conduct research as per the brand need (analyze customer behavior, perceptionattribute\nmapping etc.) and design strategies accordingly. Undertake feasibility\nanalysis/ market research for new BD/ LCM opportunities.\n Undertake fieldwork to establish a strong connect with KOLs (6 days a month)\n Actively drive engagement with sales team - conduct CSM and other sales\nmeetings to drive excitement.\nPeople and Performance Management\n Lead, coach and develop the marketing team including the product managers.\n Building a strong talent pipeline, capability development and performance\nmanagement.\n Establish clear objective accountability and performance standard for. Team\nmembers.\n Effectively collaborate with cross functional stakeholders for buy-in of strategies\nand ensure strong implementation of designed strategies\n Foster ownership, performance driven culture in marketing team\nFinancials, Profitability & Budgetary Control\n Achieve Market Share, bottom-line targets, top line & profitability.\n Operational Budgetary controls for cost and profit management.\n Risk Management in accordance with inventory/outstanding norms.\n Allocation of financial resources in line with business objectives and market\npotential.\n Consistently evaluate investments through ROI analysis.\nCorporate governance\n Ensure adherence to applicable pharmaceutical marketing codes local SOPs,\npharmacovigilance procedures and company compliance standards.\n Key driver and custodian of organisation values - Courage, Achievement,\nResponsibility, Respect, Integrity, and Transparency\n Maintain effective governance or promotional material approvals. Vendor\nengagement. Customer programs. And marketing expenditure?\n Present marketing reviews strategic recommendation, investment proposal and\ngrowth plan to senior management.\nSkills & Competencies\n Good understanding of the Pharma market landscape in general and\ncardiovascular therapy in particular\n Good understanding of the \" opportunity\" within the representative market for\ngrowth\n Ability to take necessary steps to manage change and transformation process,\n Ability to provide clarity of direction and decisive action.\n Understanding of the nuances of the business.\n Resourceful, strategic, and analytical thinker and creative problem solver.\n Driven to deliver quality results on time and in a highly ethical and professional\nmanner.\n Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.\n Good understanding of business operations management\nMarketing intelligence & excellence\nDevelop and manage the annual marketing budget in line with business priorities.\nAllocate resources based on brand potential strategic importance, growth\nopportunities and expected returns.\nMarketing Manager's work is highly collaborative. They often bring together the\ndifferent functions & aligning all the groups to contributes to a success.\nResponsible for updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities\nand reporting on the results of campaigns to deliver profitable growth YoY. Closer\nfocus on ROCI and portfolio profitability TA wise\nPerformers will be assessed against a business- Sales. Market share growth. Growth\nof priority. Portfolio profitability. Etc.\nhelp implement this strategy via prioritized activities on the marketing roadmap and\nreview creating programs and campaigns.
