Uses a \"balanced\" approach under the pressure of managing multiple priorities as well as communicating a clear finance strategy to the team\nMonitors business trends and provides relevant data, analyses, and fact-based recommendations to the Site Leadership Team \nCreates and documents improvement potential, guidelines and directives based on best practice and knowledge of internal / external business challenges\nPrepares additional complex ad hoc analyses as required, presenting recommendations to senior management as appropriate\nProvides the Controlling organization with all necessary information in a timely and accurate manner\nEnsures correct standard cost and productions cost for manufacturing sites on an annual basis, and track & explain production order variance,material price variance on monthly basis.\nResponsible for Budgeting, Reporting and Capex Controlling from an financial perspective\nCapital investments, proving financial data to influence investment decisions (at production site & division level if needed) \nStrategic Impact：\nSupports all areas of financial responsibility of manufacturing operations but not limited to financial reporting and forecasting, operations analysis, resource allocation, capital expenditure planning, acquisition analysis, controlling and compliance\nSupports monitoring financial performance and proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation\nIn charge of the management reporting process to provide a consolidated Divisional/ local Operations view to the Project Leadership Team/Site Leadership Team, with timely reports on business performance and related business insights.\nReports in a manner that meets Operations information needs / corporate standard, while meeting standards for process, timing and format \nResponsibilities：\nSupports business decision making on a wide variety of operational matters with valuable business insight and fact based analyses\nSupport the Project Management by preparing appropriate documentation for budget validation, change and risk management, forecasting and reporting as well as other topics as required\nAs needed, manages important initiatives to successful completion, managing teams of employees from a variety of functions and organizations.\nSupports Inventory management and improvements, driving consistency and harmonization across the businesses\nMaintain close exchange with FO function in Mumbai / Manila\nSupport Peenya & Toll Mfg manufacturing operations \nCooperation:\nActs as a business partner to the site leadership team and an important counterpart for the divisional controllers\nSupports effective lateral communication and coordination across groups to improve efficiency and achieve desired results across the company’s matrixed organization\nCollaborates on strategy development and with regard to strategic projects\nEducation and Work Experience:\nCMA with minmum 10+ Years of experiance in simillar position\nSubstantial experience with demonstrated success in a variety of operations / business environments. \nExperience in pharmaceutical and/or chemical production is beneficial\nSkills, Performances & Competences required by the position :\nExperience in controlling function with manufacturing operations and project management\nProficient use of SAP as ERP-system\nThis position is based out of Bangalore manufacturing . .\nResult orientation, accuracy and reliability as a must\nExcellent written and oral communication skills in English and teamwork skills.\nAble to take initiatives, motivate teams and drive actions (without disciplinary power)\nOperation / business analysis, financial planning and reporting skills that generate business insights that add measurable value.
