Please do not share outside of the organization.\nYour Role\nThe Operations Team Lead (Distribution) plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations and activities within the distribution center environment. Responsibilities involve leading a team of associates, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining a high standard of productivity and safety. Key Responsibilities include:\nSupervise and support floor associates by providing guidance and training to foster a positive, collaborative, and safe work environment\nOversee daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping, adjusting staffing levels dynamically to hit productivity goals\nImplement quality control measures, enforce safety standards, and conduct regular audits to ensure high order accuracy\nAssist with cycle counts and coordinate with inventory teams to maintain stock accuracy and minimize discrepancies\nAnalyze and track performance metrics to drive continuous improvement while coordinating with logistics and management\nPhysical Attributes:\nLift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods of time\nWork in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels\nWho You Are\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nAND\n3+ years in a distribution center or warehouse environment AND 5+ years in a leadership or supervisory role\nPreferred Qualifications:\nSAP or Oracle experience\nStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a diverse team\nExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting\nKnowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes\nFamiliarity with inventory management systems and software (e.g., WMS)\nUnderstanding of safety regulations and procedures related to warehouse operations\nPay Range for this position - $28.00 - $44.00/Hour\nThe offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
