That's why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimaginable with us\nYour Role:\nKey responsibilities will include:\nBatch Operations: Follow the Master Production Record (MPR) and perform batch operations using PLC/SCADA systems.\nData Management: Accurately record critical information (ingredients, weights, temperatures) into the database during batch execution, ensuring compliance with regulations.\nTroubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to production equipment and processes effectively.\nSafety Compliance: Observe and adhere to all safety and quality regulations, reporting any accidents or safety violations.\nProcess Improvement: Assist in planning and enhancing processes and product quality.\nTeam Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the successful completion of the production process.\nPhysical Requirements: Meet the physical demands of the role, including extended periods of walking, standing, or sitting, lifting heavy objects, climbing, crouching, operating tools, and wearing appropriate safety gear.\nWho You Are:\nBasic/Minimum Qualifications:\nExperience: 3 to 7 years in a similar operational role.\nMust-Haves: Manufacturing or Production, PLC or Scada, Troubleshooting\n Nice-to-Haves: Safety Certification.\nEducation: Diploma/ B. Tech in Chemical Engineering.\nTechnical Skills: Proficiency in operating PLC/SCADA systems.\nData Accuracy: Ability to accurately record and input data into databases.\nRegulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with safety and quality regulations in a production environment.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nDocumentation Skills: Strong documentation skills in line with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.\nTroubleshooting Ability: Excellent problem-solving skills for addressing production equipment and process challenges.\nTeam Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.\nCommunication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication abilities.\nProcess Improvement Experience: Demonstrated experience in initiatives aimed at improving operational processes.\nWhat we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
