External applicants must be eligible to work in the US.\n$5000 sign on if hired\nYour Role:\nIn this role your tasks will include, but are not limited to:\nPrecisely weigh and transfer hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals into specified containers and compare filled quantities against consumed bulk quantities to ensure quality standards are met.\nComplete all required paperwork, document cleaning procedures, and populate electronic process orders following Good Documentation Practice (GDP).\nSet up, operate, and troubleshoot all automated dispensing equipment, including assembling, disassembling, and cleaning tools and utensils according to safety protocols.\nVerify room ventilation and safety equipment functionality, obtain and scan process orders, and confirm electronic balance calibration prior to starting any operation.\nVerify bulk container, batch, and material numbers against process order specifications before use to ensure accuracy.\nActively participate in promoting a proactive safety culture, identifying hazards, and maintaining equipment, tools, and facilities according to 6S standards.\nSafely operate powered pallet and drum movers, and ensure proper disposal of waste according to both company and government regulations.\nParticipate in the testing and implementation of process and equipment changes to enhance efficiency and maintain an incident-free work environment.\nShift/Hours: 12-hour night shift, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM - 2/2/3 schedule (M/T on, W/R off, F/S/S on, M/T off, W/R on, F/S/S off, repeat).\nPhysical Attributes:\nWear appropriate protective gear, (hard hats, glasses/goggles, chemical resistant suits, gloves, safety shoes) and other personal protection equipment \"PPE\" to protect from toxic or corrosive chemicals in the forms of liquids, solids, vapors or airborne particles.\nSit, stand, walk, reach above the shoulder, stoop, kneel, twist, crouch, or crawl.\nLift and move up to 50 pounds unassisted.\nMove more than 50 pounds with assistance.\nClose vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and adjust focus.\nRegular use of phones, computers, office equipment, and laboratory equipment.\nWho You Are:\nMinimum Qualification:\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nStrong oral and written communication skills.\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.\nStrong math skills, including using the metric system.\nStrong mechanical and technical aptitude.\nExperience operating a forklift.\nPay Range for this position: $20/hour - $31/hour\nThe offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
