External applicants must be eligible to work in the US.\nYour Role:\nAs a Principal Project Engineer in the Engineering & Technology Team you are a critical business partner to ensure we will meet our ambitious investment objectives in our Life Science business unit. You will support the preparation and execution of large, strategic investment projects as a technical expert for process engineering. The projects are large (multi-million dollars) and/or of a complex nature. You will support the sites and business stakeholders in developing the technical project scope and ensure seamless implementation of the most efficient, viable technical solution in alignment with internal standards and any binding requirements. At the same time, you might have the opportunity to manage smaller projects from ideation to implementation. You will also contribute to the execution of the LS strategy and strive for technological advancement by fulfilling internal customer requirements with state-of-the-art and sustainable solutions, leveraging the internal technology network across the whole organization.\nYou will be supporting the North American region. The position is located in Jaffrey, NH USA\nWho You Are\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBS or MS in Process Engineering (considering BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering preferred) \nYou have > 8 years of professional experience in medical, biotechnology, or Bio-pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is highly preferred.\nExperienece leading large complex projects\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPMP certification preferred, not required. \nFluent in English with excellent communication skills and have a profound knowledge of quality regulations. \nAbility to analyze situations and systems to develop or identify optimized solutions in line with project scope, time, and cost.\nHistory of successfully implemented equipment or systems along the whole value chain from design, build installation and start-up. \nPrior experience in medical, biotechnology or similar field preferred.\nKnowledge of manufacturing concepts and GMP.\nMust be a strong communicator, self-starter and work with minimal supervision.\nAbility to prioritize and work on multiple projects.\nEnthusiastic, cooperative, and positive behavior\nMust have significant skills and experience in project management and ideally a history of successfully executed smaller technical investment projects (5M$-10M$) as a project lead (production machine equipment preferred).\nAbility to work effectively and have demonstrated documentation skills.\nInclusive and can identify required resources, internal or external experts and stakeholders.\nDomestic travel up to 30%\nPay Range for this position: $112,400-168,600\nThe offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
