Please do not share outside of the organization.\nYour Role:\nAt EMD Electronics, as a Production Supervisor, you will be supervising plant operations. In this role you will have a strong focus on safety. Responsibilities will include: \nManage multiple manufacturing operations and 30-35 employees on a rotating schedule. \nPromote safety in the workplace and investigate safety related issues.\nEnsure manufacturing teams follow written procedures.\nCreate daily reports for managerial review.\nManage union team overtime and vacation scheduling.\nImplement and document disciplinary action for failure to follow safety, manufacturing, and quality standards.\nAct as Incident Commander in a facility emergency.\nParticipate in Continuous Improvement (CI) and cost savings initiatives.\nSupport Maintenance with off-shift prioritization and mechanical troubleshooting.\nSupport Transportation Planning, and Supply Chain by inspecting bulk fleet, SAP data entry, and ensuring on time delivery.\nSupport stable operations, quality initiatives, and investigate quality complaints.\n12-hour shifts with a 15-30 minute shift change, rotating between days/nights every 2 weeks on a 2-on/2-off/3-on (F-Sa-Su) schedule.\nWho You Are\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or GED.\n5+ years’ experience in a chemical or manufacturing environment.\n1+ years’ experience using Microsoft products.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAssociate or Bachelor’s degree.\nChemical manufacturing experience.\nStrong organizational and communication skills.\nPrior leadership or supervisory experience.\nIncident Command structure understanding and experience.\nProficiency in Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID’s).\nExperience in developing procedures and a management of change process.\nWorking knowledge of SAP.\nUnderstand ISO Quality and EHS requirements.\nWorking knowledge of OSHA safe work practices.\nPay Range for this position - $88,900 - $133,400\nThe offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
