That's why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimaginable with us.\nYour Role\nDevelop and maintain infrastructure automation and configuration-as-code solutions using PowerShell and Ansible Automation Platform. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.\nManage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.\nTroubleshoot and optimize existing systems and processes.\nDesign, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Ansible Automation Platform for Windows-based infrastructure.\nCreate and manage Ansible playbooks, roles, inventories, workflows, and job templates to support standardized and scalable operations.\nIntegrate Ansible Automation Platform with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and other enterprise tools.\nAutomate configuration management, patching, provisioning, compliance tasks, and operational workflows across large-scale Windows server environments.\nCollaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to implement reliable and reusable automation patterns.\nEnsure automation solutions are properly documented, tested, and aligned with enterprise governance and security standards\nWho You Are\nYou bring proven hands-on experience with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) in enterprise environments, including the development and administration of playbooks, roles, inventories, workflows, job templates, credentials, and execution environments.\nYou have strong proficiency in PowerShell and Azure DevOps/Git, with a solid understanding of infrastructure-as-code principles and experience automating Windows server environments using WinRM/SSH and reusable playbook design.\nYou have experience integrating Ansible Automation Platform into enterprise DevOps toolchains and CI/CD pipelines, and you are familiar with automation governance, role-based access control, credential handling, and workflow orchestration in AAP.\nYou hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or bring equivalent professional experience in infrastructure automation and software engineering.\nYou are familiar with cloud platforms such as Azure or similar, and have working knowledge of networking concepts, REST APIs, ServiceNow, Active Directory, and configuration management tools such as Terraform.\nYou communicate clearly, document your work thoroughly, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a remote or hybrid working environment; experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies or Event-Driven Ansible is a plus.\nYou have experience managing or supporting large-scale Windows server environments (10,000+ servers globally) and are comfortable working with reporting tools such as SQL, Grafana, or similar platforms.\nWhat we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
