That`s why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimageable with us\nWho you are:\nIncident and request management: Own L1/L2 Foundry tickets from intake through resolution. Clarify the issue with the requestor, assess impact and severity, prioritize appropriately, provide timely status updates, and deliver resolution within the applicable SLA; escalate when needed.\nPipeline operations: Monitor and support a large portfolio of data pipelines. Investigate build and scheduling failures, data-quality issues, schema changes, upstream/downstream dependencies, lineage concerns, and performance bottlenecks.\nTroubleshooting and prevention: Perform root-cause analysis, implement durable fixes, document findings, and help prevent recurrence. Use Foundry health checks, data lineage, and platform diagnostics to restore reliable service.\nEnhancements and development: Clarify enhancement and development requests with stakeholders, translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, and build or improve Foundry pipelines and data transformations.\nApplications and use cases: Develop and maintain user-facing solutions using Foundry Workshop, Slate, or comparable tools where appropriate, helping simplify workflows and reduce manual effort.\nCross-functional delivery and change management: Coordinate with Engineering and other cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver approved changes. Follow the established change-management process and communicate plans, progress, risks, and outcomes to requestors.\nService improvement: Support the definition, tracking, and reporting of service KPIs, using operational insights to identify opportunities to improve team performance and service quality.\nYour Role :\nExperience: At least 5 years of IT experience, including 1+ year of hands-on Palantir Foundry development or support.\nProgramming and data processing: Strong Python, PySpark, and SQL skills; experience with Spark/Spark SQL, Pandas, distributed processing, and production-grade transformations at scale.\nFoundry: Hands-on experience with Code Repositories, Pipeline Builder, Ontology, data lineage, scheduling, and health checks.\nData engineering: Experience with ETL/ELT, data transformation, data management, and data modelling; ability to work with large-scale data systems and build scalable solutions from business requirements.\nProduction support: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot build failures, data-quality problems, schema changes, performance issues, and pipeline dependencies; experience with incident, problem, and request management and SLA-driven support.\n Delivery practices: Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps principles, and Infrastructure as Code (for example, AWS CloudFormation or Terraform). Strong communication and stakeholder-coordination skills.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nEducation: Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or a related technical field.\nAdditional platforms: AWS cloud experience is an advantage; exposure to Snowflake or Databricks is also beneficial.\nService improvement: Experience defining, tracking, or reporting team KPIs and using metrics to improve service quality.\nApplication development: Experience with Foundry Workshop, Slate, or comparable data applications is an advantage.\nWhat we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
