That's why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimaginable with us.\nYour Role:\nThe Senior Controlling Analyst serves as a key finance business partner responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting, business analysis, planning, forecasting, and controlling services that support strategic decision-making across the organization.\nThis role requires extensive collaboration with regional and global stakeholders to provide accurate, timely, and insightful financial information while ensuring strong data governance, process excellence, and continuous improvement.\nAs a senior member of the team, the Senior Controlling Analyst is expected to lead complex analyses, drive reporting and process standardization initiatives, provide guidance to junior team members, and act as a subject matter expert in business controlling and financial planning processes.\nThe role also supports finance transformation initiatives, automation projects, and organizational priorities aimed at enhancing business performance and operational efficiency.\nThe position reports directly to the Team Leader and works closely with business leaders, finance partners, and cross-functional teams on reporting, planning, performance management, and strategic projects.\nWho You Are:\nBachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.\nCertified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.\nCIMA and/or CMA certifications are advantageous but not required.\nMinimum of 8 years of experience in Finance Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Controllership, or Business Controlling functions in a multinational, local, or shared services environment.\nAt least 5 years of experience in business controlling, including:\nFinancial analysis\nManagement reporting\nBudgeting and Forecasting\nBusiness Performance Management\nStrategic Planning\nExperience working in a multinational, shared services, global business services, or center of excellence environment.\nDemonstrated experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across multiple regions and functions.\nExperience leading process improvement, standardization, or finance transformation initiatives.\nExperience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industries is an advantage.\nTechnical Competencies\nStrong expertise in Finance, Accounting, Business Controlling, and FP&A principles.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, Power Query, PivotTables, data analytics, and automation techniques.\nAdvanced PowerPoint and executive presentation skills.\nStrong working knowledge of SAP and other ERP platforms.\nExperience with:\nTM1 / IBM Planning Analytics\nBusiness Intelligence platforms\nBusiness Objects\nPower BI or equivalent data visualization tools\nProven ability to manage and analyze large datasets and complex financial information.\nExperience with process automation, reporting automation, and Robotics Process Automation (RPA) tools is an advantage.\nKnowledge of project management methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks.\nFamiliarity with data analytics and digital finance tools is preferred.\nCore Competencies\nStrategic and Analytical Thinking\nStrong ability to analyze complex financial and operational data.\nDemonstrated capability in identifying trends, business risks, and growth opportunities.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills.\nLeadership and Influence\nAbility to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.\nActs as a role model and subject matter expert within the organization.\nDemonstrates initiative and ownership of deliverables and outcomes.\nStakeholder Management\nExcellent communication and business partnering skills.\nConfident engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior leadership.\nCollaboration\nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across global and cross-functional teams.\nPromotes teamwork, knowledge sharing, and collaboration.\nResults Orientation\nDelivers high-quality outputs while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.\nMaintains strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.\nAdaptability\nThrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.\nEffectively manages ambiguity and changing business priorities.\nContinuous Improvement Mindset\nIdentifies and implements opportunities to improve processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.\nChampions innovation, standardization, and automation initiatives.\nWork Arrangement\nAmenable to work onsite or hybrid in BGC, Taguig City.\nFlexible to support morning, mid-shift, or night-shift schedules based on business requirements.\nMay interact with regional and global stakeholders across multiple time zones.\nWhat we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
