All EHS risks are correctly identified, evaluated, and corrected.\nConduct safety assessments and implement safety measures as needed.\nInvestigate and report any accidents or safety incidents.\nQuality and compliance\nThe Production Engineer is accountable for developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure products meet industry standards and customer specifications:\nA culture and expectation of zero quality defects. All production related quality issues are correctly identified, evaluated, and corrected.\nCollaborate with quality assurance teams to address and resolve quality issues.\nMonitor and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet specified standards.\nProduction Optimization\nProduction Engineer partners with the Process Engineering, and other production team to:\nEnsure all team members follow our principles to prioritize safety and quality above all.\nPlan and schedule plant startup and annual shutdowns.\nAnalyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall production output.\nImplement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.\nIdentify opportunities to reduce costs in production processes without compromising quality.\nImplement cost-effective measures and monitor budget adherence.\nTrouble shooting\nInvestigate and troubleshoot production issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.\nCollaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to address technical challenges.\nWho You Are:\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree or above inChemical Engineering, Chemistry or Material Science preferred.\nWorking Experience:\nAt least 10years of experience in production, with commissioning experience preferred.\nTechnica l & Professional Knowledge:\nPrefer candidates from chemical manufacturing backgroundand quality expectations.
