That`s why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimageable with us.\nYour Role\nOwn the end-to-end lifecycle of SAP Environment, Health and Safety applications, from requirements gathering and solution design to delivery, release, and ongoing support.\nServe as the primary point of accountability for SAP EHS application management and service performance.\nTranslate complex regulatory and operational requirements into sustainable, scalable, and compliant SAP solutions.\nProvide specialist expertise across Product Safety, Hazardous Substance Management, Global Label Management, and Dangerous Goods Management.\nLead the resolution of critical incidents and problems, minimizing business disruption and improving service reliability.\nDrive effective change, release, and project management, including testing, go-live, handover, and lifecycle planning.\nOwn system governance, including security, vulnerability management, data protection, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.\nPartner with business and technology stakeholders to consult, challenge, influence, and deliver future-ready solutions.\nWho You Are\nYou hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or bring equivalent professional experience in enterprise application management.\nYou have at least 8 years of experience in software or application services, including a minimum of 3 years working within an international environment.\nYou bring expert-level knowledge of SAP Environment, Health and Safety functionality, including product safety, substance volume tracking, hazardous substance master data, global label management, and dangerous goods management.\nYou have solid experience in SAP cross-application areas and a good understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning integration, including order-to-cash processes and master data governance for materials.\nYou are proficient in change, release, and incident management processes, with the ability to lead critical issue resolution and coordinate across technical and business stakeholders independently.\nYou have a working understanding of ABAP, including debugging, and can effectively support technical teams with development activities such as reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows.\nYou communicate clearly and confidently in English (written and spoken); proficiency in German is an advantage.\nYou are familiar with labeling technologies and third-party Environment, Health and Safety applications; knowledge of Standard Operating Procedure governance and audit compliance processes is a plus.\nWhat we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
