In this role, you will be the go-to expert for our ALM toolchain, driving the adoption, governance, and continuous improvement of our testing and quality management platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our software delivery processes are efficient, traceable, and aligned with enterprise standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nAct as the subject matter expert (SME) for ALM platforms, providing guidance, training, and best-practice recommendations to development, QA, and project teams.\nConfigure, administer, and maintain ALM tools, including user management, project setup, workflows, and integrations with other enterprise systems.\nOwn and operate the ALM toolchain, with a primary focus on leading Lifecycle and Test management platforms\nDrive adoption of standardized testing processes and ALM governance frameworks across the organization.\nCollaborate with project managers, developers, and QA engineers to define and implement test strategies, test plans, and quality gates.\nContribute to roadmap planning for the ALM toolchain, evaluating new features, upgrades, and emerging technologies.\nEnsure compliance with internal IT policies, data governance standards, and audit requirements.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).\nExcellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); German is a plus.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, detail-oriented working style.\nGood ‘hands-on’ Knowledge of established Application Lifecycle Management and Testing tools such as MicroFocus/Open Text ALM, UI Path, Tricentis qTest, etc.\nExperience with test management best practices, including requirements traceability, defect lifecycle management, and test coverage analysis.\nProvides a wide IT knowledge in various areas such as \nInfrastructure, Applications including SAP / SAP-Basis, Compliance and Cypher Security, Service Management\nExperience in a regulated industry (e.g., Life Sciences, Pharma) and familiarity with GxP validation or CSV (Computer System Validation) requirements is a strong advantage. \nExposure to the SAP ecosystem or other enterprise ERP platforms.\nWhat we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
