Lead the performance qualification and process validation with the support from giving site experts, tech transfer team and supply chain production planning.\nAssure compliance to all company and Indian authorities EHS requirements, regulations, and acquire necessary permits in time with support from relevant department. Continuously improve plant effectiveness in EHS by providing clear and visible leadership as consistent with the philosophy that every incident is preventable.\nLead the continuous improvement projects for all aspects of process performance including production equipment, cycle times, yields, downtime, raw material efficiency, waste generation, energy efficiency, and quality by following a systematic methodology e.g. Lean -six sigma.\nManage the ramp up of production following the supply chain production planning\nParticipate in the regular supply review meeting, identify and communicate when problems or potential risks to supply arise and take appropriate counter measures.\nContinually enhances the skill level of employees by investing in the learning and development of the organization's employees.\nGood Technical knowledge of chemicals with troubleshooting of Reactors, Ion exchange columns, Distillation assemblies with proper root cause analysis.\nSelf sufficient to take care of Maintenance of machinery /utilities and running water treatment plant pertaining to his area .\nWho You Are:\nBachelor’s degree in chemical engineering/ mechanical /Instrumentation /Electrical / Process Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is preferred.\nMinimum of 15 years of experience in production management within a pharmaceutical, chemical, or related industry. Familiar with GMP.\nExperience in specialty chemical manufacturing, with automated manufacturing set-up \nExposure in handling Hazardous chemicals processes\nHands on knowledge of process, instrumentation & control system\nHands on experience in handling technical management of chemical process safety\nDeep Knowledge of Flow reactors, Batch reactors, Continuous reactors, flow Distillation processes. Knowledge of Gas -liquid, Gas- liquid -solid reactors is essential.\nShould be well versed with purification methods and technology, work experience in very high purity chemical manufacturing.\nHands on experience in Manufacturing of buffers, reagents, excipients is preferred\nExposure to crystallization is preferred, also hands on experience in evaporators\nFamiliarity with EHS regulations and compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical/Chemical industry, particularly in India.\nExtensive experience with continuous improvement projects, particularly in process performance optimization using Six Sigma (DMAIC)/TPM or similar methodologies & Knowledge of ISO 9001 system.\nSelf Sufficient to take care of Maintenance of equipment’s /utilities in respective area.\nStrong leadership skills with a focus on enhancing team performance and engagement.\nStrong interpersonal skills to connect with various stakeholders, including production teams, site experts, and supply chain personnel.\nFluent in English, both written and oral.\nWhat we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
