(Individual 20%; Management 80%) \nManage team (Talent Management and Performance Review cycles) and applies operational or strategic management and leadership skills \nEncourage the team to seek opportunities for continuous improvement and provide constructive feedback \nDevelop and manage performance of reporting staff \nEngage in strategic planning to maintain and develop partnerships with MSPs and stakeholders. \nSupport the Learning & Development Operations Manager in Talent Management and Performance & Development Review cycles. \nFollows standard evaluation and measurement process/protocol to assess comprehension and adoption of knowledge to ensure successful job readiness transition. \nCollaborate with different levels and teams in the organization \nEnsure that all HR personnel data and sensitive information are kept confidential \nPerforms other related tasks that might be assigned. \nStrategic Impact:\nEnsure that the team delivers learning and development support in accordance with agreed KPIs and SLAs. \nEnsure that all expectations of Key Stakeholders are being met and address issues/concerns as necessary. \nWho You Are:\nCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Social Sciences, Business Administration or any equivalent degree. \nPreferably 3 to 5 Years minimum professional/managerial experience specializing in an HR Operations or HR Generalist function from a Shared Services or BPO organization. \nUnderstanding and experience in the use of HR systems and tools (i.e. Learning Management Systems, SAP P40, Success Factors, etc.). \nUnderstanding and experience in the use of Case Management systems and tools (i.e. Service Now, Neocase, etc.). \nStrong leadership skills \nProblem solving skills \nAnalytical and keen to details \nResults oriented and performance driven \nStrong level of accountability and integrity \nExtensive experience in working in a multi-cultural background \nStrong communication skills - both written and verbal \nStrong stakeholder management skills\nAdequate experience in using MS Office applications. \nExperience in working in a multi-cultural environment. \nApplicants must be willing to work in Taguig City and open for flexible working schedule. \nWhat we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
