They support established business data standards and procedures while consistently seeking to develop a trusting relationship and working rapport with various Buy & Pay teams in ensuring accuracy of Supplier information and promoting effective and efficient data cleansing, conversion and management. This individual has high accountability for data integrity and accuracy.\nKey Accountabilities\nVerify the validity of transactions and attachments for compliance with company policies, operational reporting standards and management requirements\nRespond to low to medium complexity requests and queries in a timely manner and escalating issues as they arise\nMonitor, analyze and resolve of outstanding supplier accounts to ensure payments are up to date\nPerform vendor reconciliation and resolution\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams that includes gathering of information and answering of queries/email from different teams\nEvaluate data supplied - inquire or investigate accuracy of data that is provided\nWork with customers, suppliers, and vendor master data objects, as well as other business functions and their associated data requirements. \nManage business data analytics and reporting effectively.\nUnderstand the basic logic behind various reporting tools and systems to a specific need\nSolve complex problems based on analytical thoughts, perform sound investigation and complex judgement which require in-depth knowledge and experience in own job discipline and knowledge of related disciplines.\nMay deal with various business situations of low risks and can recognize opportunities within and outside the team\nManage the review, development and implementation of process improvements or amendments within key areas \nParticipate in and perform special tasks and projects that may be assigned\nStrategic Impact\nActs as an ambassador of any new and existing tool/system solutions to stakeholder organizations\nReadiness to work with vendor companies and other teams in resolving issues arising from vendor data/information.\nExplains complex or even difficult/sensitive information to others in straightforward situations and interacts across business areas. \nDemonstrate excellent communication skills, applying effective verbal & written communication in English and local language.\nGood prioritization skills -doing what matters most first and has a sound planning and time management skills.\nPractice good customer orientation, understanding and satisfying the requirements of the customer\nAnalyse factual information and possible solutions to make independent judgement, recommendations and decisions. May also use best practices to improve products or services. Provides some input to the operational decision making within assigned group \nProvide high-quality reporting and advanced analytics to enable data driven decision making.\nMay provide recommendations on the strategic and/or operational decision making within assigned group \nApplies effective project management tools and techniques.\nAble to support projects through assigned tasks, and reports the progress appropriately; applies effective project management tools and techniques.\nEducation / Work Experience\nA graduate background with professional experience. Non-graduate jobholders require a substantial amount of professional experience and additional qualifications that also provide exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.\nHas at least 6 years Vendor Master Data experience and knowledge, preferably from Shared service Center or BPO environment\nRequires substantial knowledge of underlying concepts and principles upon which the job is based.\nStrong background and experience working with SAP, Ariba and other ERP systems\nCan support the team in resolving data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.\nIs effective in a variety of communication settings: one-in-one, small and large groups , or among diverse styles and position levels.\nAble to perform various coordination that includes gathering of information and answering of queries/email.\nParticipated in and performed special/Ad hoc tasks and projects.\nWhat we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
