That's why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimaginable with us.\nL1 Job Description\nTechnical Support & Operations\nResponsible for supporting Windows Server, VMware related infrastructure services globally.\nProvide Level 1 technical support for incidents, service requests, problems, and changes, ensuring timely resolution within agreed SLAs.\nBasic troubleshooting for Windows Server operating systems, DNS, DHCP, IIS, File Services.\nSupport VMware virtual infrastructure including VM provisioning, resource optimization, snapshots, storage management, and lifecycle activities.\nParticipate in 24x7 on-call support scheduled maintenance windows.\nBasic knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation.\nDevelop and maintain scripts to automate repetitive operational and administrative tasks.\nDeliver approved IT improvements and business-driven demand requests within agreed timelines.\nIncident, Problem & Change Management\nBasic technical investigations for incidents and service disruptions.\nKnowledge on to root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions for recurring issues.\nImplement and execute infrastructure changes following the Global Change Management Process.\nEnsure qualification, testing, validation, implementation, and post-implementation review activities are completed as required.\nMonitoring & Service Reliability\nMonitor system health, performance, capacity, and availability using enterprise monitoring tools.\nSupport backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.\nEnsure operating systems, applications, and infrastructure components are patched and maintained according to company policies.\nSecurity & Compliance\nSupport security remediation activities, vulnerability management, and compliance initiatives.\nConfiguration & Asset Management\nMaintain accurate configuration item (CI) records in CMDB and ensure infrastructure documentation remains current.\nManage server lifecycle activities including commissioning, maintenance, and decommissioning.\nDocumentation & Knowledge Management\nCreate, maintain, and improve technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), knowledge articles, and operational runbooks.\nContribute to knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.\nDrive service reviews, governance meetings, and continual service improvement initiatives.\nWhat we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
